美白补水--百合莲子银耳羹
每每一到秋冬我就觉得皮肤容易干燥痕痒,用很多润肤霜喝许多水都没用。炖一锅百合莲子银耳羹来调理一下,据说能养颜润肤哦!
Fall and winter are both very dry seasons.I for one always suffer dry and itchiness during these seasons. Lotions or oil won't help much. This sweet soup is supposed to help prevent dryness during cold weather. It is a pretty good breakfast too!
材料:
3-4 朵 银耳花
30 克 莲子
30 克 干百合
30 克 龙眼干
冰糖 适量
Ingredients:
3-4 Snow Fungus (银耳/Ngan Yee)
30gm Lotus Seeds
30gm Lily Bulbs
30gm Dried Longan (Mata Kucing)
Rock Sugar to taste
1.先把银耳和百合洗净,银耳泡水两个小时。
2. 在一锅冷水里加一大匙的面粉,把泡发的银耳比较硬的部分切除后加入水里煮3-5分钟,然后用凉水冲洗干净,备用。
3. 莲子不必泡发,直接放到锅里加水煮五分钟后去除连心。百合泡好洗净过滤就好了。
4. 锅里加5-6杯水和银耳,煮滚后转小火炖两个小时至变软。加入莲子,百合和冰糖,继续炖煮20-30分钟,熄火后加入龙眼干即可。
1. Clean and soak white fungus and lily bulbs for 2 hours.
2. Boil lotus seeds in hot water for 3 minutes, drained and let cool. Remove the bitter core of lotus seeds once it is cool enough to work on.
3. Add about 5-6 cups of water with white fungus in a pot. Bring to boil and turn the heat down to low and simmer for 2 hours, the fungus should be all soft and almost melting when it is done.
4. Add lotus seeds, lily bulbs and rock sugar, cook for another 20-30 minutes, turn off the stove and add dried longan if used.
