甜甜蜜蜜 Pecan Pie

新年伊始,在家做了两个 Pecan Pie ,希望一年的日子都会是甜甜蜜蜜、轻轻松松的。 Pecan Pie 是我家大小都喜欢的甜食。感恩节前去 Costco 的时候买了一大包去了壳的 Pecan ,乘着儿子感恩节回家做了两个 Pecan Pie , 可没几天就不见了踪影,都说好吃。 这次找的这个方子真是不错,一是因为不用 Corn Syrup ,不仅有利健康,味道上也甜淡适中。二是把 Pecan 切碎了,所以 Pie 的皮和表面都很酥脆。

"Unlike most pecan pies, this one does not require corn syrup."
Original Recipe Yield 1 - 9 inch pie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
3 Tbsp butter, melted
2 eggs
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy, and stir in melted butter. Stir in the brown sugar, white sugar and the flour; mix well. Last add the milk, vanilla and nuts.
3. Pour into an unbaked 9-in pie shell. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, then reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done.
