买的所有书籍全球免运费航空邮寄，不限次数和金额。

There is one step to partner, the grade above Senior Manager is partner, no
director or principal level. Provide a faster career path. level 3 senior
associate will be considered as manager candidate

Normally, you will not get promoted if it is a internal transfer, but your
total package should be a little better than now. But for this case, It is
not a internal transfer, it is the oversea recruitment, it will offer a high
growth career path and the package is around 15-25% better than what you
have now, compared by the after tax net income. Settling-in allowance,
transportation,shipping allowance, property agency fee will be provided by
the employer.

what kind of company seek this returnee now? I think it is a really
interesting opening for tax professionals, because people always said
auditor may easilier get the job than tax professionals. Can you share some
experience about the trend of hiring US tax professionals? Thanks.

Hi, Coolma, Actually I am not an expert in Tax, our client is one of the Big
4 public accounting firm, and as I know, they really need quite a lot of
tax preffesionals (over 20 senior manager needed now) with oversea
experience who are Mandarin or Cantonese speaking, and I know that another
Big 4 has the similar recruitment program in North American as well. So I
can just say that Chinese Tax professionals in North America will be highly
demand in the coming 2-3 years.

Frankly to say, for these positions, you have quite less chance, because for
these manager/senior manger positions, normally you need 5-6 years to
achieve from an associate.
What my suggestion for you is: try you best to join a Big 4 here, or you can
apply their Chinese positions through their website or other chanel.

总体来讲，进大公司很重要，第一份大公司的工作经验，要稍微长些，熬个3-5 年的，
以后的路子会比较好走些。
就我手头的这些职位来讲，你的经验还稍稍短些，以前在国内的时候，见过一些海龟，
发现如果他们在国外的时候都是在小公司做的话，回国以后并没有什么优势，大的外企
一样很少请的。所以，工作经历太重要。好好规划一下是有必要的

我现在就是在一家小公司做，正在找机会换工作。特别想进大公司。但是是否像“4大
”这样的大公司，entry level早在学校就把学生都招满了？像高一点level的，我们这
种小公司的工作经验又很难进？不知bear88这里还有没有别的机会，或是给些建议？多
谢多谢！

Actually, I do not know how thing's going in North America, but when I was
in China, I do refer someone to the Tax group of KPMG for an entry level
position. I
If you know someone in the big 4, and they can refer you to the line manager
or HR department, I think you still have a chance to join.

How about Audit positions?
How is the working environment in China? I have no idea. Would that be
similar to USA?
Does your firm only target in China market?

In China, audit professionals are high demand as well, for the working
enviornment, I have no idea as well, someone might know.
The firm I am working for now is a Canada firm, this is only one project
that target in China, they do lots of local search accross North America.
They are now trying to develop most projects target in China, cause' they
found lot of business opportunities there.

senior III给个manager的title,也没什么吸引人的吧.这里3年一般也升了,有的还只有
2年就升了.

吸引人的不是MANAGER的TITLE，只是在中国的BIG4 里大量缺乏SENIOR MANAGER 和
Partner，像我的客户，今年就还缺8个partner，未来几年还要找超过50个partner.
只能说晋升到partner的速度可能会比美加快，机会也更大些。另外就是看大家对中国
经济未来的发展的预期了。如果ODI继续大规模增长，在中国BIG4 的空间和发挥应该也
会大些。
