昨天email受到一家公司的offer,作property staff accountant.年薪45k.说要试用3个
月。因为我opt还没有开使，说可以等到一个月有ead后工作。没有说sponsor 的事。
因为这是我的第一份工作，麻烦各位帮我看看怎么样。
个人背景：转专业，master accounting 毕业，没有任何工作经验。刚开始找工作。投
出简历，马上就interview,然后下午就电话说给offer.整个过程还不到3天。
不知道这个offer怎么样？三个月的试用期让我觉得虚虚的，没有把握。有谁知道as a
property staff accountant, 在试用期应该做什么？

你能否介绍一下你怎么找的工作呀，你简历有什么特色吗，怎么我跟你一样，也没工作
经验，投了一个月简历了，也没结果呀。

3个月试用期很正常吧，很多公司都有
你没有提需要sponsor的事，还是提了公司没跟你confirm？这个最好还是一开始就说清
楚了，省得以后麻烦多多

在电话里，他们问过我是否要sponsor,我说要。然后他们说问问律师，但给我的offer
letter 上没有题。你是说我最好现在再强调一下？

我的简历真的没有什么特色。我在我们系里做过research assistant,我把这个写了上
去。但这不是正式的工作经验。
我也不知道这份工作怎么样，一直想去cpa firm的，但没有一个给我回信的。找工作是
个很痛苦的过程。如果不是在乎薪水和公司，都应该可以找到的，只是时间长短。幸运
的可能快些。

Just reply your email, and saw this question. Normally, they will not say
anything about H1B in offer letter. Even they want to help you, they need
see your work behavier. But you need confirm with them if they plan to
sponsor your H1B, or they help you apply for H1B and you pay the cost. If
they can do nothing, this offer will be no meaning if you need H1B.
