大家轻点拍。。。
我是留学生，还没有工作，只有一个ＳＳＮ，能在美国买房子吗？
如果房子的钱一下子付清，政府会查所有的钱是从哪来的吗？钱可以直接从中国汇来吗？
另外，现在是不是买房子的好时段啊？
不好意思我完全不懂，只是暂时有这样一个想法，请大家给我解答一下。　＝）

牙医纠纷。。。
老公几个月前做了个crown，花了小300块（我们有两个牙保险），crown总掉，粘了一
次，又掉了，今天去找那个牙医，牙医看了看说那个根也坏了，所以得把那颗牙整个拔
掉，如果是这样的话，当初她为何要给我老公做crown呢，我们这300块钱还能要回来么
，since这个crown根本不work。。。

去年10月从OPT转H1B，可以claim 5000 tax treaty么？我知道我应该算NR.但是不知道
是否可以拿5000 tax treaty。另外3500的personal deduction是否可以加上？

I am new to C++, I am learning it because I need to develop a program with
that read data from sensors, display the real time data in charts on the
screen (just like the interface on the picture) and then do some calculation
and send the signal to the actuators. I have used LabVIEW before, but I
have no idea how to do it with C++
Since I do not have any previous experience, I need to start from basic. My
first question is what knowledge in C++ I need to plot this kind of real
time charts? Any bo

我在corporate工作了差不多两年，可是还是很想进accounting firm.总觉得学了
ACCOUNTING，没有进FIRM，人生不完整。不知道在这儿有没有在四大工作的XDJM，可以
帮忙REFER一下吗？我非常愿意从ENTRY LEVEL开始做~~AUDIT或TAX都行~~~

Did the dentist suggest any possibility of the root being bad in the first
place?
If yes then no $$$ back.

If you came to US less than 5 years, you can claim 5,000 treaty.
You don't have to be NR. You can file extention, and then file married
jointly (if you're married), then you can claim 5,000+3,500.
This is how I do mine. Big cow tells me if I'm wrong.

Thank you for your post, I am single, and came to US as F1 in Aug of 2005, <
5 year in US.
1)what's the best way to file tax in my case?
2)If I file 1040NR, I can only claim 5000 tax treaty? cann't combine with
3500 dedecution, is it correct?

true, I tried to refer a friend of mine and that's what recruiting told me.
No experienced hire at this point.

好像是这样的，你不要贷款，直接用现金一次性付清，他很可能会来查你的钱的来源。
我这里一个老哥买车坐出租生意，有钱也不得不去银行贷，怕惹麻烦

transfer 还是有的，我就有个同事刚刚transfer到纽约office去，还有个同事准备
transfer,所以，不用那么紧张说，一提transfer就要被lay off, 当然了我们四大人的
确得随时准备lay off，这是我们的文化。

and maybe you are in tax....
