下面倒数第二颗牙在吃花生的时候崩了一块，估计得做牙冠了。极其后悔当时没在
国内听医生的先做了。。

工作1月开始，有保险，是delta Dental，有人知道这个能cover多少吗？我能现在
再买一份保险cover剩余部分吗？

另外这个状况出现在买保险之前，是不是买了以后也不能cover任何费用？

父母在美国，申请绿卡大概8个月。今天突然在邮件里收到了绿卡，感觉很诧异。难道
现在是新规矩，不需要面试了吗？

现在我用旧版本的acdsee32来生成html,把家庭相册放到网上。改到Linux下面，应该也
有对应的软件吧？
传真我以前用的是bitware，所有软件都可以打印到bitware 驱动上，然后传真发出去
。在Linux下应该用什么软件？

今天发email通知的，信的末尾有行小字： this position is not eligible for H1B
sponsorship. 请问这种情况下还有多大机会？能不能和公司说自己掏钱办H1B？谢谢
！

Depends on the specific policy. Ask your new employer's HR people for a
copy of the policy to find out.
If treatment is delayed till dental insurance kicks in, it should be
covered.

Google check out do not have payment gateway service. The other two are
similar. One is 20$ per month, the other is 30$. I feel authorize.net is
easier in programming. Paypal's document is like shit.

那一周我也没收到，另外百分名人堂的奖励也有几个星期没收到了。
上次收到百分名人堂的奖励还是十二月份。怎么回事？

今天HR发了一个Delta Dental Plan内容：
In network
Annual Calendar Year Deductible: $40 per person
Major Services: 50%*
* DPO approved fees, calendar year deductible applies
这是指一个calendar year后我才能享受50％的benefit，还是说我每年看牙至少要
付40$，不太明白这个deductible的意思。
另外我是不是还应该问HR要具体的plan，查看关于pre-existing和wait period的问
题。
只cover 50％，有可能自己再买一个保险cover另外50％吗？

I don't need the fax a lot. Just want to have the ability to send and
receive fax. How can you receive fax from Internet Fax? You can't get a fax
number for free.

NO WAY! It is illeagle for emloyees to take money to sponsor themselves.
This will put employers&employees in big trouble, real FELONY if it was
found by Immigration service.
iF this is a big/public company, don't waste your time and their time, no
big companies DARE to do that.
if it is a small/private company, you can try that.

the free edition of efax can receive fax, but not able to send, you do have
a fax number tho. mine is corporate account so ...

专门去查了银行流水账，百分名人堂的奖励从元旦起就没收到过，每周一星的
奖金这个月也有一周没收到。请版主查查纪录吧。

I got my copy of bitware 10 years ago when I buy a modem for dial-up. It is
still working fine, in Win2003.
Yes, scan it.
