越来越觉得market就像女人。
女人永远是对的，永远是那么的捉摸不定。她对你好能让你欲仙欲死，当她抛弃你的时
候又能让你痛不欲生。
你得顺着她的意思走才能得到好处，想让她老听你的你话走那就等着倒霉吧。你得学会
察言观色，从她的表情语言去了解她的心情。如果哪天你猜中了她在想什么，那么恭喜
你了，你将得到丰厚的回报。不过千万不要因为对了一次就得意忘形了。因为同样的一
句话，一个表情在不同的情况下的意思可以是完全相反的。
刚开始trade的人就像你的初恋。她近在眼前却又总是遥不可及。从书上看来的和从朋
友那里听来的泡妞方法似乎在你那里都不怎么管用。你想牵她的手进入关系的第二阶段
，而她却严守着防线。她最喜欢的就是将你玩弄于股掌之间。当然在这阶段为女孩买单
通常是避免不了的。
经过了长时间的相处，两个人终于走到了一起。经历了种种的酸甜苦辣，你终于有

即使在美不到5年，不算resident，现在opt中
10月，social security和medical care是不是都要开始交了？
而且，如果以后打算海归这个钱是不是也要不回来了？

序章　人生若只如初见
夜幕下，二点幽深、暗红色的莹光亮起，缓缓在空中飘移着。
莹火微弱光芒笼罩的地方，到处都流淌着浓稠、深绿、总是散发着浓厚腐臭的污水
，即使是在几乎无光的角落里，污水也会发出惨淡的绿色莹光，照亮了周围一小片地方
。与它那令人无法忍受的肮脏相比，足以致命的辐射才是这些几乎无处不在的污水最危
险所在。
污水积聚成的汪汪水潭中，看不清本来颜色的碎布、生满锈的铁罐以及不知是什么
动物遗下的腐肉尸骸，各式各样的污物或浮或沉。时时会有近一米长的巨鼠不知从何处
钻出，吱呀尖叫着，从污水中冲过，又消失在黑暗之中。足以杀死一匹壮年马匹的辐射
似乎对巨鼠全无影响，然而偶尔巨鼠身上会连皮带毛掉下来几块肉块，若细看时，会发
现这些肉早已腐烂。从这点上来看，似乎巨鼠并非完全不受辐射影响。
红莹向上飘升数米，停留在一根倾斜的钢梁顶端，四下扫视着暗夜下世界。两点红
莹中映出的尽是只剩框架的大厦、半边坍塌的墙壁房屋，以及四处散落的汽车残骸。
夜色下的世界，处处映射着惨绿荧光。
这样一片地方，五十年前叫做废墟，现在则被称为城市。
不远处的街道转角忽然亮起刺眼的火光，疯狂且歇斯底里的叫喊声交织在一起，迅

本科法律，在美国读了一个犯罪学硕士。没有任何会计背景，MSA好申请吗，还是
MBA ACCOUNTING会容易申请一点呢

MS accounting is for those who has a BS accounting. If you want to begin
your career in accounting, I highly suggest you go on the forensic
accounting path. You prior BS and MS are plus. But why not get a JD?

Having a BS in Acctg, you have no reason to get a MS in accounting.

哎，楼上诸位意见都不一样啊。JD是不考虑的，可是我没有那么多精力和钱去学。决定
换成ACCT了，只是想问我申请MBA ACCT方向还是MS ACCT方向更合适。

your goal? Or, Take MSA to learn some basic accounting rules probably is the
ideal track for you.

如果从这个方面讲的话，MSA更适合我的。我只是担心自己会不会因为没有会计背景进
不去MSA，而MBA好进一点

No need to worry about your background. School need to make money. However,
be prepared to justify why do you want to make this switch?

First where are you in 美东?
I know Baruch and Pace in NYC both has MSA and MBA in Accounting
MSA is design for those who has Accounting BS
MBA is for students DON'T have Accounting BS.
So, you should know what to pick now.

I think your better choice is USC, though it is very expensive.

BS accounting + MS accounting好象帮助不大；BS accounting + MBA + CPA看起来比
较有竞争力。当然要考虑你的学费，以后的打算等。
