外婆两个月前咳嗽就医，做了CT（有阴影）和PPD皮试（有鸡蛋大的包），被诊断为肺结核。吃了两个
月的抗菌药，再次照CT，阴影扩大。转到大城市专家门诊，专家说“不是肺结核，从图像看，是肺癌”要
求做血检，支气管电子镜，PET检查。
请问：
1.PPD皮试（有鸡蛋大的包）阳性，可以说明有active的结核菌，这个结论对吗？难道PPD也可能有假
阳性？
2.PET可以确诊有没有癌细胞，但不能确认小细胞癌或非小细胞癌，这个结论对吗？

看习惯了，觉得小宝玉还不错。虽然长相和书里写的差距太大，但是表演的感觉还对。
既有小孩子不知天高地厚的调皮劲，又表现了青春萌动的对女性的好奇。还很少看到演
技这么成熟的小孩子。演王熙凤的28岁的姚笛，该愧死了。
这小演员想必也是个早熟的孩子，即便不是，拍完也熟透了。

刚买了个烂便宜的笔记本，因为上面已经有了vista，就装了个双系统vista+ubuntu9.
04。所有一切看起来都顺利，但是进ubuntu了以后发现有线网不行（无线网反而没什么
问题）。修改/etc/network/interfaces文件成
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp
后重启网络，出现
No DHCPOFFERS received.
No working leases in persistent database - sleeping.
错误。用ifconfig看eth0设备的IP是一个内部IP，169.×××。
用lshw命令看pci设备发现网卡的制造商能被正确认出来（我的网卡是Atheros AR8132
），但是product下面仍然是制造商的名字；前面network下还写了个什么unclaimed。
到此我已经完全没辙了，不知道这个问题到底是因何而起，自己该怎么办。请高手给指
条路，不胜感激啊！
另本人不坚持用ubuntu，如果别的linux发行版可能没有这个网络问题，只要能和vista
并存，那也行（最好没有启动问题）。

earlier process of the interview and they had some urgent deadline to meet

PPD is just a screening test, a screening test means higher sensitivity,
with an acceptable specificity, which means there are many false positive
cases. That's why CXR is warranted to check the presence of active TB.
2.PET可以确诊有没有癌细胞，但不能确认小细胞癌或非小细胞癌，这个结论对吗？
there are two options,
either do bronchoscopy, biopsy or lavage, and get pathology report.
or PET first and then surgery, send the sample for a quick pathology report
during the operat

我也觉得小宝玉演技还行，算是里面比较好的了。不过感觉他以后在娱乐圈发展也难，
都长到190了吧，找人搭戏太难了

If it is in an early process, maybe they are interviewing more people.
However, if people really like one candidiate, an offer could be expected
within 1~2 days after the interview.
There is also a possibility that your name was put on a waiting list - in
that case, wish you the best.

问题2 我明白了。
对问题1，你是说PPD+CXR（ChestX-Ray吗)可以确诊结核病吗？可是老年性结核病的CXR
不是和肺癌的CXR很像吗？
老太太现在被怀疑有肺癌，专家的意思高度怀疑是肺癌，没有肺结核。
我想确认的是：如果影像+病理结果确认是肺癌，之前的PPD阳性是否说明完整的病情应
该是肺结核并发肺癌？而不只是肺癌？恳请你的建议，万分感谢。

嗯, 同意这个, 面试好的情况下, offer应该马上就有了.
要你等的话, 基本没戏. 我自己有一次,通过猎头的,猎头都对我说,offer马上要出来了,只是要经过一些程序, 然后过了一个星期.猎头再打电话过来就说没戏了.
我觉得你可以move on,先不管他们,找其他公司了.

结核有很多种，肺癌也有很多种，有一些是不容易分出来。但是如果病理报告有癌细胞
，那诊断就是肺癌。
疾病的诊断有一个原则：一元论，就是在诊断的过程中尽量用一个疾病来解释所有症状
，如果每个症状都用一种疾病来解释，最后会什么结果也得不出来的。
结核和肺癌在临床症状上和体征上都有很多相似的地方。如何诊断，如何治疗要根据病
人的情况来具体决定。

I felt not very good too when they said it was in earlier process.
But they have 3 openning posted on November 1, all of them are still open
now. I know any employer should interview as many as they can, especially in
this economy. They are a big company, and their process is very slow too
from my prior experience.I applied on November 1, and got the interview Jan
19, 2010, in this period, I had seen they posted lots of ads on verious
website.Just still have hope.

yes, you can definitely keep your hope, but you should continue your job
hunting at the same time. You can't tell whether those positions are still
available just because you are still able to see them on the Internet.
Perhaps those are automatic generated ads, or perhaps the HR is too busy to
take them down from the sites, a lot of possibilities but they can't be the
factors that stop your job seeking.

google过了，下载了驱动编译有点问题（感觉是那个驱动的文件包本身有问题，因为解
压就报错）。
其实还可以google到其他一些和这个类似的问题贴，但是都没有什么好的答案。
俺也试了几天了，几乎走投无路了才上这儿来问的，唉。

我换了n台机器下载解压以后还是有错。而且按提示make install之后也还出现一些错
误，好像是不能写入帮助文件之类的，估计问题不大就没理睬了。然后我运行insmod [
安装路径]/art1e.ko（驱动名），哈哈，有线连接这厮终于被我搞出来了：）
看来问题就是ubuntu不支持该款网卡，装了驱动就好了。可是ubuntu为什么不给个系统
提示说网卡认不出呢？你不能把用户都当成专家。linux要变得易用还是任重道远啊。
