The first logic flaw I can find is "免税存了$3k 401k" and
"15%的税把401K取出来了" are two completely opposite strategy
for different purposes. In another word, if you want to
"多存401k" then you won't like to "15%的税把401K取出来",

两种都outcome都acceptable阿，explore 一下401K 自由进出的可能。

In that case I think there is no big issue with your plan.
Looks to me it will work. The only setbacks are:
1) how do you hedge in 401k? For most people there is no
short option.
2) Regular account loss is limited to 3k. A lot of hassle
to control that.
3) A lot of your cash is tied up (assuming 1:1 hedging). It
is probably only good if you really believe the market is
going no where in the coming years.
