职位描述:
1. 负责仓库产品的数据输入工作。
2. 协助仓库工人处理货物全流程的工作,包括根据装箱单制作货物运输的唛头,UPS,
FedEx的Shipping Label,以及卡车公司的提单。
3. 电话或者邮件联系卡车公司提货和送货。
4. 保障仓库的日常管理,优化库位,订购仓库用品。
岗位要求:
1. 对工作热情、细心负责有条理。
2. 良好的中英文沟通能力。
3. 需有基本的电脑操作技能。学习能力强。
4. 需有合法身份。
5. 需自备交通,愿意长期工作

for agent commission. Can I claim the loss
on tax return, the selling price and commission fee both? How do I do it?

loss好像不行, 如果你sold 有了gain,是可以excluded 的

先找你身边一个用linux的老手,看他用什么发行版,然后找那个版本装起来,边用边
学。不要被众多版本迷惑,周围有朋友用的版本就是最好的版本,这样有问题好向别人
请教。

For next time, 1 ~ 2 years before you sell your real estate, go to see a
local CPA firm first.
We have a client with good 2 year tax planning and get her investment loss
for the sale of principal residence this year. Many many documentation works
to do. However, save her $30,000 on current year tax liability.

Don't worry. You just do not understand what tax planning/strategy is. We
and tax attorney cooperate for many cases every year. We have strong code/
ruling documentation to support every case. Very reputational in the local
community.

不管你是convert到rental property或者是hold for investment。 Basis in the
property都是less of your cost basis or FMV @ date of converstion. Personal
Residence 期间的跌价损失,在conversion的时候就蒸发了。你在原帖里声称帮客户把
personal residence跌价的损失节税合法弄回来了。请问,怎么操作?
上次你声称帮自雇(self-employed)客户把新买的BMW X5 6万刀整个section 179了。
我指出这个不符合automobile depreciation limitation 和 business use
percentage的规定。 你就左右言它,说有exception.
我追着你这么问,自己都不好意思了。如果你能就上面两个问题给出你的authority
ref。 (code section, IRS ruling, etc.)我当众向你道歉,并把所有的伪币转给你。

If you are really good and confident, why you cannot know how to plan it?
It should be just a piece of cake for you, shouldn't it?

As a tax professional, you also should know your client pay you for the tax
planning. Should you sell it for free to others?

I know you are wondering how to do it. Too sad, these plannings cost real
dollar. Tax professionals should discuss/share it in the good seminars not
here. Big 4 have many good tax planning cases every year. We pay for it and
get the information/knowledge. That is right. We paid for it and used it.
When you are making money from your tax expertie and others can't, why you should share it with a stranger for free?

bonus depreciation适不适用,可不可以全部bonus, but not take sec179, or
passenger vehicles still have limit, like last year? Thanks!

Yes, I am very poor. Just do not understand why ask these questions since I
think these questions are very easy for a first-year/second year tax CPA/
attorney.

That is right. Tax accountant/attorney need to keep knowledgeable in order
to stay in the business/practice. We have to comply with the law and update/
upgrade ourselves everyday.

If it meets the exception rule, I may take it.
Good documentation is needed.
100% bonus depreciation is delicious for NOL.

bonus depreciation还是归Sec. 168管。大车小车都有bonus,还是limited,business
use % rule也apply。网上相关的文章很多,不想看code就狗狗一下。
当然了,你要是有指鹿为马,点石成金的本事,那就另一说了。
