说要写清申请豁免的理由，想问问大家J1一般是5年满，所以很多人都说时间到了但是
课题还未结束所以需要豁免继续研究对吧，那如果说J1还没到5年的时候办理豁免，那
该怎样说理由呢？:S

我去年用美国房东的SSN注册了个内华达的LLC MENBER就是我和房东2人。如今一年没营
业想注销掉公司截止期就在4月30号要不然还要下一年的注册费。但是房东一直就联
系不上了而注销公司必须要注册时候的SSN 这样情况下我怎样可以知道或者如何不需
要SSN 就用我自己的ID就注销掉公司呢？

网上看到如下一段C++程序：

本周学校春假，上周五campus interview, Deloitte, @ 10:15, 1 hour, 两个学生同
一时间，两个interviewer, 各半个小时，互换，A: Partner( > 30 years with
company, 严肃，honest); B: Auditing Manager, Hispanic
另外HR（负责学校recruiting，for the whole nation）, + 2年前同一个学校毕业的
，先做auditor, 马上要升senior-B 告诉我的。
这三个专业人士都是从本州另一个地区来的，不是我要去的那个
第一个，我感觉不太好，因为我啰嗦，又跑题或换题。。跟大头谈比较紧张。
第二个人直夸我好。。。我也不停的用例子来吹。。
你们觉得有戏吗？
以下为具体问题，可能有遗漏。。。

A: ? your background? 我不知如何说起，从小时候对数字感兴趣开始，觉得我自己严
重。。。他就顺势问了一些问题。我还强调自已怎么优秀，怎么能在压力下工作。。。
？why auditing? 我说，让我回答why Deloitte 吧！哈哈，又跑题了！主要是我想进
四大，HR说我要去的地方有auditing，要来面试我。我说我在国内就知道the training
offered is great and Deloitte value its employee and treats its people
well, my professor told me among the big 4, it treats its people best!
He asked, who is that…?
没时间了，他就问any questions for me?
我问了一大堆：
?怎么看一两年就跳槽的情况（强调自己要long-term）&会不会有损失？
？When I asked my professor whether one will become a partner in 9 or 10
years, he said yes. What do you say?
？Work overtime, how about partner, I heard partner has no life, what do you
think?
? How is that affecting your children? Good example for them? He said no,
they think he worked too much and they don’t want to.
So I said, then it’s a counter-example! He said pretty much.
又没时间了，他说了what’s next steps.. I said you talked about a question I
have not yet have time to ask…
谢了他之后，又说要是他们地区要人，我也可以考虑，。。。他么是同州不同城市的。
B:
Shall we proceed with Spanish(I greeted and asked him in Spanish and he was
surprised..)
You are applying for a full-time position in Fall 2012, right? The Time is
important…
You have been teaching, what do you teach...
He was impressed and thought I completely qualify the entry level with my
degrees(bachelor in accounting, master in stat and accountancy and passed
CPA exam).
？How do you work in team?(given your boss might be younger than you and
even previous students? 我说三人行，必有我师，乱吹了一通，举了个自己的例
子。。
？他说很好很好，太好了。。。
有啥问题问我，I asked will my experience in china as accountant in industry
negatively affect my application? He said it is ok, as long as not in public
accounting.
And he asked me to contact him if I don’t hear from Houston office in two
weeks, (they will continue to interview other schools next week..)
又没时间了。。
我说要是我去不成，你们那我也可以考虑，人说这不是问题，houston is the biggest
...

SSN只有自己知道，不要告诉别人。难道你收到SSN的时候上面没写明？所以通过正常途
径你是无法知道的。

话说当年偶学习很差，转学时家里给找了个重点，一下变成最差。偶受了刺激，就跟同
学问，老师问，加班加点地学。成绩是上来了，眼镜是戴上啦。反正这辈子没做过不赔
本的买卖。

how do you know he is Hispanic? and know for sure that he speaks Spanish?
I asked ethic related questions in the past and i found it works both ways.
some people like it, some hate you know.
sounds like you did well, and the manager is going to recommend you to the
other office. but you never know if the office you are going to need people
though.

很不喜欢这种把malloc和new混在一起用的用法，保持一种style比较清楚。

HR asked me where, I said Houston, so she found an opening matching my time
and then we arranged the interview.
Almost all(>85%) are hispanic in our university, so I learned a little bit,
and they are here to recruit hispanic I guess.

Since i am applying for an entry level, they do not want to hire anyone with
public accounting experience.半调子了吧。

2nd round is similar except you are meeting with probably 1 manager and a
partner.
don't know how the houston office works....but if you have general Q about
Deloitte, you can inbox me.

呵呵，那咱也跟着吃一个包子，
中学转学后，发现体育课要考长跑，以前跑1千米，那回要跑1千五，咱当时小病初愈，
养得有点内虚外胖的，不想找老师求饶，就去跑了，感觉真是天昏地暗。。。有几个同
学放弃了，最后咱吭哧吭哧居然坚持跑下来。

考托福，只准备了一周多，做了几套真题，基本猜中作文题，最后成绩633+5.0。
那十多天每天学习十多个小时，在学校的通宵自习室，经常一个人坚持到最后，早上五六点冒着凌烈的冬风，穿过漆黑的校园，回宿舍睡觉。

我小时候也摔了一跤，左胳膊断了，然后就回家洗洗睡了，第二天去医院才发现两根骨
头都断了。

出事。
那天天打架，5天一大打，3天一小打。我记得当时正在长个特别能吃，我妈天天给我的
铝饭盒
装得满满的。整好这天我跟一个同学从那过又被人截住了，我狂轮饭盒，冲出去，到了
学校，
结果饭盒打不看了，整个都瘪了，只好饿了一天。然后一年没从那个小区过了。
