“购物天堂”，是海南定位为国际旅游岛之后梦寐以求的称呼。CBN记者了解到，
继获批在海口、三亚、琼海、万宁四地开设市内免税店后，针对海南的“国人离岛免税
”政策也有望在月内获批。 (博讯 boxun.com)

据了解，所谓的“国人离岛免税”政策，仍被确定为在海南的部分城市施行，大致
为海口、三亚、博鳌、万宁四地，该政策将惠及所有到上述四地旅游的内地居民，游客
在四地旅游购物后，可在离开海南时获得退税。

事实上，早在9月，中国国旅总裁张建华在接受采访时已透露，海南“国人离岛免
税”政策已经获得原则批准。消息一出，便被很多投资机构看作重大利好，因为虽然中
免公司已在三亚开设了第一家市内免税店，且有计划连续在海南开设多家市内免税店，
但除了选址不同

本人J1身份，今年4月到US做postdoc，contract目前一年，老板希望留我两年以上。
我以后想留US，拿GC。
请问是否是先申请J1 waiver，再转H1签证？
因为刚来，请教有立即申请J1 waiver的吗？一般是等多久再申请？还有是否要等2年才
能申请H1 visa？
真后悔当初没和老板争取一下H1 visa.

有一门没考，觉得复习时间可能不够，就算放在NTS允许的最晚时间。
于是想cancel了，那么能退钱么？
如果不能，那么我想重新申请NTS，这门可以重新交钱报名么？

爬 flash 我还不知道有什么好的办法。
其他的还相对容易点。

python + xulrunner binding
it is a real browser with python driving it.

thanks, i used to use Selenium, back in firefox 2 days... i guess now
the xulrunner thing must be better.

Selenium is best use for unit testing.
It follow a streamline script. If your cralwer has complicate
logic, e.g. If this then do that, it is hard to express in Selenium.
It might be possible, but I give up on it. Using GUI to write
"if else" logic is never a good idea.
xulrunner has *VERY* steap learning curve. It is also
not very well documented. I think the system is over complicated.
That is why webkit can fill the gap because firefox pay a huge
price on the abstration layer of the xulrunner, every thing
is a javascript object. In the long term, it is doomed if
they don't swtich to something lighter weight. WebKit is much
eaiser to hack than xulrunner.
But once you master it, the xulrunner is very powerful because
it is the building block of firefox.

oh, selenium provides a python binding which I used for some small project,
but for a time their support for firefox 3 sucked so I gave up later. had
never used its GUI.
