后来我们收到一份child tax credit。老公说，不用填，我们没交税，填了也没钱给。
过了几日，那份表可能就扔了。
今天我在irs官网上查到这样一句话，“ If you have no tax. Credits, such as
the child tax credit or the credit for child and dependent care expenses,
are used to reduce tax. If your tax on Form 1040, line 46, or Form 1040A,
line 28, is zero, do not figure the child tax credit because there is no tax
to reduce. However, you may qualify for the additional child tax credit on
line 65 (Form 1040) or line 42 (Form 1040A). ”
而我们第三年的所交的联邦税是零，又是这一年，我儿子在美国出生。所以，情况与这
段话是相吻合的。

明争暗斗，都被写的活灵活现。当你看完后轻轻的合上那本书，你脑海里依然会有强烈

一样的东西，在你心里在你脑袋里一直不停的旋转着。

housewife,但是几年之后肯定是要回国的，现在读了会计出来后工作好找吗？我没有绿

我问过国内做会计的朋友类似的问题，他们说这里的CPA就足够了，比国内的证好用，
国内还是挺认可的，但是最好是国外国内的经验加证，没有一点经验起步也不会太高。
但是他们都在私企外企作。其他地方就不知道了。
会计就是这样，经验是锦，证书是花。

国内还是挺认可的，但是最好是国外国内的经验加证，没有一点经验起步也不会太高。

可以说公司同事翻译，他们自己填不就行了。或者就说小孩自己翻译解释的，然后他们
一项项填英语字母就行了。

我理解你是J1第三年,你的第7行应该是你的1042S的box2,然后21行作为负数再减掉,虚
线写china tax treaty artial 19,这样你就能拿additional child tax credit了.

我读了p519的这一段：
"In most cases, you also will not need to report the income on your Form
1040 because the income will be exempt from U.S. tax under the treaty.

report it on the appropriate line of Form 1040 (for example, line 7 in

意思好像是说必须是income has been reported as taxable income才能这样填。我不太
明白这句话的意思。我的federal income tax withheld是0，也就是说单位没有
withhold我
的federal tax. 我是否仍然可以像你说的那样填呢？

意思好像是说必须是income has been reported as taxable income才能这样填。我不太
明白这句话的意思。我的federal income tax withheld是0，也就是说单位没有
withhold我

这句话我也可以这么理解啊,W2,1042S,Form1099这些是report taxable income的,报到

以前装过,感觉这东西就是个玩具,和标准unix相差太大,还不如cygwin,

安装的时候当然用的是英文，
用过LOCALES了，如果设成中文内码的话，英文就乱了，
而且试了那些修改的方法，无用。

我为了简单，安装时全部选中国，默认locales utf8中文，装完再把地点换过来。之前
我也试过英文安装再改locales，看没问题，但输入法在终端之外死活激活不了。

There's no need to set up anything except to install Chinese fonts to
display Chinese for a fresh install of Debian.

以前装过,感觉这东西就是个玩具,和标准unix相差太大,还不如cygwin,
在windows下用gnu的工具总是不太爽,naming convention就是个讨厌的
问题,还有各种各样的annoyance, 总体感觉是不好

真的不难用，也不是那么好用，比如现在还看不了中文。

安装的时候当然用的是英文，
用过LOCALES了，如果设成中文内码的话，英文就乱了，
而且试了那些修改的方法，无用。

我为了简单，安装时全部选中国，默认locales utf8中文，装完再把地点换过来。之前
我也试过英文安装再改locales，看没问题，但输入法在终端之外死活激活不了。

A clean install of Debian shouldn't have this unmet dependency (libgnome-
keying). Your system is probably already messed up.
There's no need to set up anything except to install Chinese fonts to
display Chinese for a fresh install of Debian.

Chinese. Installing Chinese fonts was enough to get things work. To input
Chinese, just install scim and be done.

I will try again when I finish me work in hand. A software just works

以前装过，好像是用中国人的小小输入法，很不错，跟google pinyin差不多。

话说现在网上都有配置好的winxp的vmware文件下载，直接拿来用。debian这样的，也应
该做好基本配置，然后一个vmware文件就可以直接拿来用好了，而且没有任何版权问题

以前装过，好像是用中国人的小小输入法，很不错，跟google pinyin差不多。

话说现在网上都有配置好的winxp的vmware文件下载，直接拿来用。debian这样的，也应
该做好基本配置，然后一个vmware文件就可以直接拿来用好了，而且没有任何版权问题
。

貌似都比较老，emacs是23，nginx是0.x，怎么装比较新的版本啊？（除了编译之外）
