请问如果现在在phd program里面，但是想今年6月1日master毕业，今年秋季申请新专业的phd, 明年秋季开始读新的专业的phd,这段时间内想在美国境内待着，一来可以套磁，二来可以学习，三来可以和男朋友在一起，怎么才能保持合法身份呢？
请问如下的几个问题
1.如果2011年秋季入学，并且想用opt,是不是一定要6月1日毕业前申请opt,申请opt生效时间是8月1日，然后必须在11月1日前找到工作，否则违反了opt的employment的规定，然后2011年8月1日opt结束，还有grace period,等到九月份入学，就万事大吉了？
2.1里面说的工作可以是找一个未来想要跟的老板，然后volunteer和他做research吗？
3.还有其他什么办法可以不工作但是合法在美国待着吗？
4.如果像1里面说的方案用了opt，新的phd毕业

看看这套牛逼的，
再仔细看看实际上1和0.25盎司的猫头上都有明显的擦痕，这样的币要我去送评，能不
能67都是个问题。看看人家一水的69DC。不得不服“关系才是生产力”这句话！一直都
传言大dealer可以指定评分，信哉斯言！
这些评级公司还是不要进中国市场为好，入乡随俗就算了，只可惜了我们破了原封换个
他家没有太大意义的塑封。

Dxia,
I downloaded a glic from gnu and compiled it successfully.
then I change the LD_LIBRARY_PATH to include this new lib in
the .bashrc,
then i login a new shell and issue the command ls, it shows:
/bin/ls: error while loading shared libraries: MYNEWGLIBCLIB/lib/libc.so.6:
ELF file OS ABI invalid
any insights is really appreciated!

基本只能换Sprint自己的。其他公司的CDMA电话几乎不可能用到Sprint的网络上。
还要看看SERO能不能用这个电话，有的是不能用在SERO上的，比如palm pre, hero，
instinct

但是“光环”都是些极细的划痕，照片上看不出来，就像是带久了的项链吊坠。这是其
一，
其二，这是P家的新盒，才起用不到半年吧，不可能就形成这么大范围的“雾”

I thought they were scratch mark. If it is just layer of haze, not a problem
for PCGS. NGC deduct because they need to make money from NCS.

94，明显已经超出主观判断波动的范围了。这个也是从一个大dealer来的。
如果是我们送评， 66最多了。

这东西没办法，毕竟是人做的东西。但是从绝对比较来说，大部分还是可靠的。像你这
种可以去重评，你说这是overgrade，评级公司会降分，而且可能会补偿你的损失，但
是能补多少就不知道了。

The reason most of these coins don't grade well is due to the strike not
the forehead issues as most people belive. I had a 1990 1oz platinum panda
in NGC PF70 that had forhead rub similiar in size to these coins. The rub or
toning may deter eye appeal but it doesn't affect grade at either NGC or
PCGS. I have few very nice NGC pieces that have no rub which PCGS won't
crossover, but this one with less eye appeal they did cross over. Out the
two sets I have listed on ebay the NGC one look nices but the PCGS one is
much more difficult to acquire. Arif"

don't effect grade. not convincing for me at all.

it does make sense to me.
I've mentioned before, grading company can make up the rule, they can say
1992 proof panda 10% PR69, 40% PR68, and 50% PR67; or 90% PR70 10% PR61.
whatever.
But they need to be consistent with their rule regardless of who submit the
coin, I think this is the problem.
