办博士后h1b签证的时候要求credential evaluation，
对方学校推荐了一个提供相关服务的列表

大概比较了一下，找到一家便宜的，但是做general (also
known as document-by-document) evaluations
that state the educational level(s)
achieved, along with the specialization(s).
只要2~3工作日，80刀，邮费另付（快递20刀）。刚用了他
家的服务，感觉人很nice，周末都给我加班赶（因为我的学
校催的比较急），也不收加急费，昨天下午发过去，周一就能
做好。
