1098-T 里的Amounts billed for qualified tuition and related expenses和
scholarships or grants，需要填到1040表里的什么地方吗？
本人2005年8月到美，2010 转学，一直是F1。

博士后，假如我申请NIW，批了140
然后4年以后，我做了完全不相关的工作（和研究完全无关），办PERM，拿到140
那原来那个PRIORITY DATE还能用么？
通俗的来说，就是能不能先用NIW的PD占个位子，以后就算办PERM也不用等那么久

为满足参加ＣＰＡ考试要求，有了master of accounting degree, accounting 课程数
要求也达到的情况下，还需要去evaluate　中国的本科学历吗？恳请各位前辈指教，多

应该是可以。不过你最好找律师confirm一下

Generally, you do need the bachelor to support the 150 credit hours
requirements. However, it varies from states to states. For example, in
North Carolina, as long as you have master degree in Finance, accounting,
business, law, you are qualified to sit for the CPA test regardless of the
150 credit hours requirements.
So, check the States you are preparing to sit for.
