Agree with you on most of your points, except the first one. How are you
going to have a "professional looking email address" by using "@company.com"
? How many people have their own companies? If so, they probably won't need
to look for jobs. To use your current work email? So your boss can know
instantaneously that you are looking for a new job? I do agree with you on
that job seekers need to put down a professional personal email address,
meaning nothing involves cute, hot, sexy etc... you get the idea.
Also, I've read lots of resumes too. My advice is to really invest in a
good resume editing service. Esp. if you don't have much confidence in your
English, or if you should be worried about your English skills. I have
reviewed/critiqued a decent amounts of resumes for friends with lots of
grammatical errors. Think about investing in a professional resume editing
service in getting you that dream job as a good ROI. Nobody will hire you if
you can't demonstrate your communication skills through your resume.
