大家好。我目前的身份是绿卡，宝宝是美国籍。我正在给宝宝办理回国探亲的签证，准
备让她在国内住一段时间。其中有一栏2.2 问计划入境次数。这一栏大家都怎么添的啊
？我可以不以选一年多次入境呢？觉得这样如果我们的计划有变化的话方便些，不用再
次申请签证。哪位有类似经验的请指教，谢谢！

1）如果职位要求里写明“Ph. D degree is required，需要向移民局解释为什么吗（
为什么Master加几年工作经验不行）？这样的要求容易招致audit 吗？
2）现在audit 的概率还高吗？audit 与不audit 的批准时间大概分别是多少呢？
3）PERM可以只做phone interview吗？还是必须onsite?
4）PERM一结束就可以开始140吗？140 大概要多长时间批呢？

老人有症状吗？
这个问题比较复杂，“颈椎血管堵塞”不是你打出这几个字就能有人帮你判断出最好的
治疗方案的。要

1) Check flcdatacenter.com for your job's category. If it's not in Phd level
. you have to prepare reasons.
2) don't know
3) if there are local applicants, you might want do phone interview first
and then do a few onsite. For non local, phone interview.
4) Filing 140 has to be after PERM is approved (certified) and no later than
180 days.
