国内的朋友找我好几次了。他们产和GoPro竞争的产品，带LCD，防水。成本很低MSRP是
GoPro相应产品的三分之一。质量有保证。图像质量比GoPro强。但是需要推广和开发一
些软件。不是山寨。完全不一样的产品。只不过能够mount on helmet etc代替gopro
我没有卖过东西，有经验的讲讲这种事情可行吗？？？
我的长期打算是 customize camera firmware 有没有做过embedded systems的大牛有
兴趣。

Mint上面都是溢价在卖，好贵啊。有没有什么公司专门收集出售的啊，Ebay上没仔细找
，好像只看到近几年的。

How did you guys backup your TP2? I mean not just the data, but also all the
apps and settings?
I searched online, it seems SPBbackup can do it, but it costs $25.
Any cheaper solution?

没做过材料，近来在看会计书的时候有些不懂的地方想请教。
书上产品成本有以下流程：
Material
Accounts payable
Work in process
Material
Work in process
Salary payable
Work in process
Production overhead
Finish goods
Work in process
在产品销售时：
Accounts receivable
Sales
Cost of goods sold
Finish goods
这样的话，月末做income statement时manufacturing cost 就应该直接由cost of
goods sold帐户取得。direct labor, material consumption, production overhead
等帐户就清零了？！
可是我以前的公司不是这样的。月底时，这些帐户在做balance sheet之前都有余额的
。在income statement上也是有direct labor, material consumption, production
overhead的。那么cost of goods sold 帐户又是怎么回事？material consumption 如
何计算取得？在每一笔销售实现时，如何纪录该比产品的成本？
而且，wip和finish goods的成本，是由每个产品的standard cost计算的，和实际发生
的费用是有出入的。所以如果以finish goods的成本作为cost of goods sold的额度，
那和实际发生的费用差额怎么处理？
其实，我还是对于cost of goods sold这个帐户在income statement里起的作用很糊涂
。求帮助！谢谢！

do you want to back up all the apps/settings when you install a custom rom?
it is not recommended this way
SPBbackup also backs up some registry settings, so when you install a new
custom rom with different system or just from a different ROM cook, it can
mess up with your system if you restore to the old registry settings

没做过成本会计。从理论上来说你生产的成品不一定当月都全卖掉，有一部份变成存货
了呀。
Income Statement 上的COGS 只是卖掉的产品的成本，和生产成本是无关的吧。

我也没做过会计
我的理解是，cost of goods sold只是卖出去那些产品的成本account。别的account没
说要清零呀，还是以inventory, work in progress存在的。至于卖出去的COGS，可以
有FIFO，LIFO和average方法来计算卖出去的inventory价值多少，这个就是当期的
income statement里面的主要cost咯。
至于standard cost我以前见过的都是以parts来做的，从来没有一个FG用standard
cost.然后每个part actual vs. standard cost difference should be true up
every month closing.但是这些entry是直接做到cogs里面的，然后当期成本就是真实
的成本了。

是我没有说清楚。我的问题是，在income statement里有
sales
- direct cost of sales
- material consumption
- direct labor
- production overhead
- depreciation
- admin/selling expenses
+ interest income
- interest expenses
= net income before tax
在这里，cost of goods sold在哪里.在cost of goods sold里汇总了所有已卖产品成
本的情况下，这里的material consumption, direct labor, production overhead
and depreciation里包含了什么？
standards cost is based on product's bill of material and routing. A
finished goods' cost calculated based on it's bill of material, routing and
hourly rate IS standard cost, at least, not actual cost, right?

在我看过的income statement里面Revenue/Sales下面就是COGS/cost of goods sold，
并没有你列出来的以下items。而且看定义direct cost of sales就是COGS。
- material consumption
- direct labor
- production overhead
- depreciation
Direct Cost of Sales: Definition
A shortcut for cost of goods sold: traditionally, the costs of materials and
production of the goods a business sells, or the costs of fulfilling a
service for a service business.
上面的这些items在生产的过程中是要Cr到Inventory的，然后从inventory到COGS。不
知道你从哪里看来的上面那个公式,我看不明白。
我讲讲我理解的standard cost是怎么用的吧。你生产了A产品，卖出去的时候必须要做
Pricing，Pricing是基于standard cost来做的。然后你bill买家的时候比如你bill
100，cost是80，这个80是Standard cost,然后这个也被Dr到COGS里。但在实际生产中
，比如你standard cost assumption 是 10 hours，actual is 9 hours，那这个差就
要true up到COGS account里，这个就是月结的时候要准备的manual entry，然后所有
这些调正都加总就是actual cogs了。

同意楼上的，不过COGS不包括折旧费用。
课本无非多一个步骤，设立了中间账户work in process & finished goods。生活中很
多步骤能免则免，我重新整理下你的表
sales
-COGS (material consumption + direct labor + production overhead)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Gross Profit
-S&A Expenses (direct cost of sales+admin/selling expenses)
- depreciation (和产品不直接相关）
------------------------------------------------------------------
Operating Income
+ interest income
- interest expenses
------------------------------------------------------------------
Other Income
= net income before tax

想要品相去买proof的，用于流通的品相再好也好不到哪里，通常ms68就是头了。去买
proof的，最少69，很多70.
