为保障广大旅客生命财产安全和民航运输安全顺畅，方便旅客乘坐民航飞机，中国
民用航空局决定对旅客随身携带液态物品和打火机、火柴乘坐民航飞机管制措施进行调
整。现公告如下：
一、严禁旅客在托运行李中夹带打火机、火柴。
旅客可随身携带一只打火机（防风式打火机除外）或一盒火柴乘机。经过安检时，
旅客应主动将打火机、火柴交由安检人员单独接受检查。
但是airChina还是根据老的200804的公告，不允许带打火机：

In accordance with the notice from the Chinese Authority, effective April 7,
2008, matches and lighters in carry-on baggage to international and
domestic aircraft departing to/from China are under the ban strictly. These
items are prohibited when carried as checked baggage, too. Please note that
matches and lighters must be confiscated at security checkpoint.
