想请教大家：请问这里有没有 Illinois registered CPA 又是在 INDUSTRY工作的?就
是Illinois 州2012 年 4 月以前考过 CPA 的可以申请 TWO TIER 的 CPA 证书，一种
是 LICENSED CPA (这种就是要积累 CPE ，每三年要更新一次的)，另一种是
REGISTERED CPA 证书 （这种也是每三年更新一次，不需要 CPE, 交钱就可以，而且永
远可以在名字后面写上 CPA, 这种证书 2012 年4 月以后考过 CPA 的就取消了）。我
因为赶上了2012 年 4 月的那个两种证书的截至期，所以一直都是两个证书都有，但是
现在很矛盾纠结要不要明年 RENEW 我的LICENSED CPA， 我现在在公司 INDUSTRY 做
财务，之前在 PUBLIC ACCOUNTING FIRM 做过一段时间，再也不想回到PUBLIC
ACCOUNTING，以后会一直呆在 INDUSTRY 的，也不用签什么 AUDIT REPORT什么的，所
以觉得LICENSED CPA 更新似乎没什么必要，浪费时间和金钱，反正有REGISTERED CPA
证书就行了，但一旦放弃又担心会失去什么，担心会对以后换工作有影响，想请教这

试了试我的摩托骡拉dumb phone，拼命握住天线部位，从四格降到两格
不过这天线在机器上面，一般左右手怎么拿也不会包围住
