depends, some company as quick as 2-3 days, but 2 week is not the longest

not hearing back is usually not a bad sign. =) sometimes it means a company
doesn't want to reject you, but you are not the first choice either. The
company might simply be waiting to hear back from another person.
Yet, 2 weeks is pretty standard. =) You can try to email the recruiter just
to reconfirm your interest with the company.
