are my following understaning correct:
1) definitely nothing special, in termes of tax, from american people? pay
fica, fed/state tax, without any treaty benefit?
2) The fica would start the same day of the h1 effective date? (the company'
s payroll would take care of the detailed calculation?)
3) If before the h1, it is OPT, then the earning can be fed-tax exempt on
the smaller of 5k or OPT earning?
