Kiara，世界上第一只liliger——她爹是非洲狮子，娘是ligeress——狮子和老虎的杂
交后代。目前Kiara一个多月大，在eastern Siberia Novosibirsk Zoo。
目前Kiara在寄养人家，跟家猫相处和谐

根据遗传学的分离、自由组合定理，如不考虑连锁互换，这个小家伙应该是1/2 lion +
1/2 lion = lion 或者1/2 lion + 1/2 tiger = liger，好像不关豹子的事儿~

我今天专门查了一下，这种杂交主要是为了研究，make the offspring gets the best
of both parents, 从而帮助保护一些濒临灭绝甚至复原一些已经灭绝的物种
这个website有很多关于这些猫科杂交动物的信息 http://www.liger.org/
我倒是很喜欢这个网站贴的一句话：Enjoy the site and I hope you fall in love
with the liger, even if you don’t agree with the science… remember it’s
not the liger’s fault.
