You can download a utility from Apple that can generate a floppy, which
contains the network driver to initialize the network installation of the
whold MacOS. However, I am not sure what you trying to achive: you want
to startup the computer, or you just don't have a harddisk drive?
If you don't have a hd, I doubt you can do anything with that computer.
If you just want a startup disk, to to apple to find the downlaod. It is
a MacOS 7.5.3, you can also download the upgrade files to update it
