请朋友来k歌，嗓门大的朋友一起吼的时候，会有明显的破音，音响的套装的7.1 onkyo
HT-S9300THX，号称130w每个channel，不知道是不是音响功率不够，还是质量有问题
，还是话筒的问题(pg58)？或者是我把混音器的输出调的太大了？
另外问问大家K歌的eq一般怎么设置比较好？

不用害怕，照现在USCIS的趋势，以后EB1不好申请了。仔细看下那个新的2步认定法，
除了拿诺贝尔奖，不然谁也不容易证明自己在该领域是top的。

近年来增加得最多的过来念本科的吧，以前这个群体基本上不可能签过，现在大有取代
硕士和博士成为主流的倾向，因为国内付得起自费的越来越多，美国政府也乐得放开签
证政策收这个钱。
再顶着锅盖说一句，自费生总体水平比不上拿奖学金的，在工作市场上的竞争力也会相
应降低。而且本科生毕业很难找到工作，所以这些人多半还是要继续念下去，这没个五
六年的出不来，能混到博士搞EB1那得至少九年，所以现在担心这个太早了。

google is possible beat apple, but not due to itune.
google tried to use the same way that microsoft beat apple years ago to
attack mobile market now,
hopefully apple learnt the lesson and able to defense.

I think you have not seen so many J1 and H1B visa holders came from China,
they already got Ph.D in China, these people are very active, they can file
EB1/NIW 1-2 years after coming to USA.
After 2007, these people constitute a large percentage of Chinese people who
filed EB1/NIW.
This is the main reason why EB1/NIW increased dramitically after 2007.

Apple will never release iPhone OS to other device manufacturers.
Even though Apple lost the war against M$ years ago, it is doing fine right
now. There is no need to change its model at this point. Even if Android
becomes bigger than iPhone, Apple would still be doing really well.

我觉得可能性不大。首先，J1/H1这条路不是这两年才有的，为什么突然数目会增加？
其次，08年经济
危机开始之后所有研究机构的经费都被大幅消减，更加不可能造成J1/H1人数的增加。
工业界的H1受到
名额限制就更不用说了。
唯一不受这些经济因素影响的就是国内来的自费生/本科生。

right, no big deal. iphone will still grow. smartphone market is still
growing. many people haven't started using smartphone yet.

本小王意欲设立宇宙萎缩奖，获奖者仅限于北美的中国大陆学子，评委也仅限于同类人

自己身边的人员变化，中国人是多了很多。我们学校以前从国内每学期来的中国学生也
就100-200人,现在好像有600-700，新增加的基本都是本科生。还有J1的，我们系很多
是国内的年轻老师访问学者，几乎每个组都有国内来的访问学者，国内大学的年轻老师
很容易出来一年的；还有联合培养的，一年的，两年的交换学生，很多，联合培养的做
豁免的也有，这边的老板看上了，就留下来读书。真正拿这里的钱的F1研究生，比以前
少了很多。H1的不知道。

Most J1 visa applicants in China had been rejected by US Embassy(Consulate)
before 2005, after 2006, almost all of them had been approved, so they could
get visa and enter USA. This is why 2006-2010 J1 visa holders increased
dramitically.
For most 2006,2007,2008 J1 visa holders, they applied EB1/NIW in 2008,2009,
2010. So this is the main reason after 2008, Chinese EB1/NIW case increaed
dramitically.
From Chinese Embassy website, we can see J1 waiver cases increased
dramatically after 2008.
