国内阿姨，没有糖尿病，但双下肢水肿，发黑了4-5年。 去年右足背溃疡，有一年，
一直流水，且总不间断。 治疗了一年，也不见任何好转。
医院查体，说双下肢静脉功能不全，且发现肝硬化，怀疑是肝肿瘤。 还在复查。
请问，溃疡是什么原因，应该如何治疗。 非常感谢。

I am working in PA and want to have a PE license. but it is possible that I
will change the job to another state. Can I transfer the PE to other state
or I will need to re-start the exam process. if that is, I might wait after
I move to other state and take the PE exam

胀。。。
治疗一年多了。。 但溃疡渗水总止不住。

Why do you need to take the PE exam? That was a total waste of my time. I
don't know of any company which takes the exam seriously.

晕死了。
这下怎么办了。
这些问题我倒还都没有碰到。
遇到的问题是在屏幕全黑的时候可以明显看到屏幕四角的白光
还有就是跑windows 7的时候图像显示有一层层的颜色递进的layer。
还有跑windows非常非常热。
