在代理那买机票，昨晚说好今天出票，今天突然说是比询价的时候涨价了，涨就涨吧，
还是给了代理信用卡号，代理发了行程单。 我打电话到航空公司也查到我的名字和行
程。然后代理发来一张协议，让我签字，协议里让我waive信用卡公司charge back的权
利：
I,AS THE TRAVERLER,authorize xxx travel, a tour operator acting on my behalf
or through instructions given to my travel agent, to apply charges to the
following credit card, for travel and travel related services, for me(the
undersigned) and for the following named persons below traveling on the name
departure date and the same tour as me(if applicable).If any charge back or
dispute arises from my charge, I will be fully responsible for the payment
and will hold xxx Travel harmless from any amount that
is charged back or disputed. All charge backs or disputed amounts must be
paid back to xxx Travel promptly. This letter will also waive and indemnify
xxx Travel from any harm or occurrence from the above charge back.
一千多美金的交易，我有点害怕最坏的后果了，大家觉得我怎么办呀？
