不用注册公司，你自己搞一个license都可以. 请律师，无非也就是看看条文罢了。
没明白，上税有啥难的。你卖给外国公司，人家给你钱，你又不是雇人家的。

这里面还有点小学问，你可以只卖使用权，就是通常的OEM license, 他们不可以改
code，他们需要的customization，你可以按小时算。你要负责你自己产品的upgrade,
patch。你也可以卖code的ownership,这个通常要贵很多，他们拿去后可以随意修改，
但是你不一定要卖IP。如果你把IP都卖了，就是说你完全跟这个软件没关系了，当然更
贵。
code，他们需要的customization，你可以按小时算。你要负责你自己产品的upgrade,
patch。你也可以卖code的ownership,这个通常要贵很多，他们拿去后可以随意修改，
但是你不一定要卖IP。如果你把IP都卖了，就是说你完全跟这个软件没关系了，当然更
