Usually, students fill out forms with comments on the teaching. what kind of
evaluations do you provide to the positions you apply for?
Some job candidates do provide numbers, like 4.5/5, where do those numbers
come from? thanks.

帮朋友问的。理论上，理解是可以做owner，但不能做employee。但实际操作上，好比
，是否任何商业合同也不能签（需要找人代表你签）？那么，最开始incorporation的
事情呢，算employee做的事情，还是owner该做的？甚至，找律师代理做这些，那么公
司和律师的这个合同，F1 学生本人能作为owner签吗？

昨晚用safari浏览网页，突然就不能点了，好像死了一样。退出再次进入safari，那个
死的页面还
在，所有按钮都没用。正在想是不是要重新启动iTouch，无意中进入Bing的程序，发现
还能上网看网
页。请问大家，
1。 Safari是不是有时候不稳定？
2。 Bing的App为什么可以上网？Safari不是已经挂掉了吗？

some provide an average across all items, some just provide the score
for the "overall effectiveness" of the instructor, depending on which one is
higher.

在国内找个人做employee,如果他的工作地点在中国，不需要工作签证，也不需要交美
国的税吧？
我猜的，不知道正确不正确

我当时是把每学期的都复印了，按顺序捋好，都寄过去了。他们还是很impressed的，
因为这样他们可以看到所有的数据。
不过我非常非常幸运，总共教了有几百个学生，没有遇到一个jerk，所以所有的评价都
很好。

一个绿卡和一个F1和开公司，都是owner是合法的。
但是后续这个F1如何分红呢？

of forms with comments. Which should be given to the positions I am applying
for?

The score page usually. I have seen the comment pages in applicant profiles,
would you read them if you were hiring.

there are so many numbers in that page. I saw in other guys' resume only one
number for a course, example, 4.5/5. how to get a number like that? thanks.

不用寄comments pages，就把分数那个发过去就行了。你们学校不给算每个学期的平均
分么？有的学校给算一个平均分的。
那些comments，你可以挑一些好的，自己总结列在一篇纸上，不过他们到底相信多少就
不得而知了。但我觉得不看拉倒，要看就用上了。

Do you have a question like how do you rate the effectiveness of the
instructor? That is the number many people quotes. You can selectively
include the comment page, the good ones, but do not consider all recruiting
committee nuts or too dedicated. Nobody would give too much credit to what
you included as we all know there got to be someone that likes you. Better
yet, they would barely make the effort to read the comments, who has the
time anyway.
