今年10月H1b第一个三年到期, 打算近期让公司renew, 请问pending期间能回国吗? 还是
要等approve以后再回? 能回国到某个领事馆renew吗(反正回国也要再签证)

Just my personal experience for your information.Hope that I can be of help.
Last year I was outside the US for 6 months and my company in the US renewed
my H1B during this period. After I received the approved new I-797 by
international mail, I got my H1B entry visa from a US embassy and returned
to US.
