收到了1098-T 表，box 2 Amounts billed for qualified tuition and related
expenses 与 box 5 Scholarships or grants的数额是一样的。
请问这个box 2 和 box 5 数额填在1040NR-EZ哪个Line?

10月底公司派我香港工差，结束之后会在国内留将近一周，打算11月6日回美国。我的
H1B签证12月到期，所以签证不会有问题。但是我的护照明年5月10日过期，也就是说今
年11月10日之后就不能出入境了。大家觉得我11月6日入境是否会有问题？公司律师说
只要超过六个月都没问题，不管是否cut close，但总觉得不那么保险，大家觉得呢？
十分感谢。

从itunes上下载了以后，安装的时候显示和我的iphone不兼容……

If immigration officer sticks to the rule and gives you only 4 days on I-94,
you're screwed; so better renew your passport now.

No, a foreigner in the US needs to keep the passport valid for at least 6
months all the time, so if immigration officer sticks to the rule, the I-94
issued to you will expire on Nov 10th 2011.

Thanks a lot. Problem is that I cannot get a new passport now since re-entry
VISA is on my old passport, which automatically cancels all stamps once I
get a new one. Chinese embassy no longer accepts renewing passpost by
putting a stamp onto it.

Who told you this nonsense? At least for entering the US, a valid visa stamp
on an old expired passport is still effective if you bring both the old and
new passport with you.
