1. J1 第四年，2013年享受了部分免联邦税。请问如果我报EIC的话，是否要把tax
exempt income加回去？
2. LD在2012还没有ssn，不过我们已经作为居民是联合报税了。请问我是否能用1040x
要回2012的EIC？
3. EIC 影响EB1A申请么？

今天被告知J1豁免后 J2不能回国
拒签风险很大
真的吗？
刚J1豁免老婆想回国一趟
有什么办法吗？

欧的花花们要么趴在地上躺着开花，比如芍药；要么与枯枝败叶共存，比如绣球。有气
无力的，急死人。是不是看到枯枝就应该直接砍掉，不要指望它再活过来长么绿叶子？

根据instruction来，不用加回去
1040x
不符合2012年的要求，不要冒这个险。
除非你逃税，才会影响

已经豁免了，你老婆再签J2过来可能性很小。
建议1）等你转了H1B以后再回国；
2）去本地的USCIS咨询一下

趴着容易治，小竹竿绑上。枯枝么，现在季节绣球不应该，估计是死枝了，可以剪了。
活着上个片片。

风景点不错，如果能在光线出彩的时候拍并且拍清楚了，后期也不要加那么多饱和度就
更好了。

谢谢闲云MM！相机不肯干活，现在上不了片子了。简单描述一下吧：芍药高约1米3，枝
子密而长，花骨朵又多。脑袋沉甸甸的，大半趴着，一小半靠着墙，之间为数不多立着
的几枝也是猫着腰的样子。前主人放了一根棍子，中间拴了根绳子，大概就这样捆了好
些年。看样子竹竿得围得很密很近才撑得住全部的树枝。若是花期不长，还是将就捆这
，等过了再折腾。绣球倒是有好几棵，新的叶子逐渐覆盖旧枝枯叶，还有1/4露在外面
。打算明天递把剪刀给丫头，让她跟欧一起收拾这些家伙——“嚓！嚓！嚓”“咔！咔
！咔！

You been there?
For me, three times, and this is the only time with blue sky (the other two
were cloudy and rainy), so this is probably the best light tourists can get.
Also, didn't do post processing, the photos were taken with polarized filter.

芍藥能長到1米3.。。
那偶就不種了。。
本來看了這兩天的帖。。又心裡長草想種芍藥呢。。呵呵～～
五六十厘米左右高度的花花是偶的最愛。。。
那牡丹可以長多高哈？

Why not do some post processing? There is a blue overcast over the whole
image and the greens looks a little dull.
Actually, your photo looks great. It is just I am watching LAB photoshop
over the weekend, and I feel something in your photo can be enhanced.

要考虑到适用场合问题。比如你在公司厕所或是starbucks里，顺手拿出iphone看电视
剧也不失为一种消遣。这些地方一般都是有free wifi的。

how can you not have a netflix account while having so many gadgets? that's
expense badly balanced. it's less than 10 bucks a month if you just want 1 D
VD a time plus streaming.
