今年炒股赚了十几万，和大牛比差远了，不要见笑，现在的问题是，怎么报税，有什么
合理的避税办法吗？家庭年收入20W吧。这么算，要交好多税。
还有，RothIRA 2015年存了，但是根据收入，应该是不符合了。。怎么办？

查了本版一些朋友的关于Ｊ1转Ｆ1贴子，但我还是有疑问，请一些有经验的朋友解惑。
我现在在Ａ校工作持Ｊ1 visa两年，申请了Ｂ校的PhD program，没有申请waiver，给
两校international office就转身份是否需要离境问题写信，回答分别如下：
Ａ校：You can apply for a change of status within the U.S. Which would
allow you to go from J-1 to F-1 without leaving the U.S. If you want a F-1
entry visa stamp, you will need to leave the U.S. to obtain that. Given the
timing of change of status requests, you should consult with the PhD school
's international office about applying for the change of status.
Ｂ校：He (and his wife) will have to leave the US and apply for an F-1 visa.
All Chinese folks on J visas are subject to the 2-year home physical
presence rule. While this doesn’t mean he (and his wife) can’t get an F
visa, it does mean he (and his wife) can’t apply for a change of status
from within the US. So, he’s right, he’ll need to leave to switch to the
F-1 visa for himself and the F-2 for his wife.
Ａ校说可以境内转，Ｂ校说必须离境，不知道其间的分歧是否是对政策的理解不同。已

airplane mode,就是disable和手机有关的功能，就不会去和基站联系，对吗？
如果这样的话， 把Iphone带回国，只要turn on airplane mode,就不会有国际漫游，
就不怕美国的朋友打电话给你，就不会charge国际费用，对吗？我就只是想让国内的小
朋友玩玩手机上的游戏。

有人打的话， 不接不是就可以了么？ 另外，回国不用手机啊？ 装个移动联通的卡不
就行了么。

我试了一下，同时也看了youtube上的video,拿回形针顶了，就是出来了一丁点儿，没
有办法拿出来。
是不是里面有个螺丝什么的？需要特殊的工具？

移动联通的sim卡可以用在美国的iphone 4上吗？好像iphone 4用的是micro sim,如果
想放sim,需要自己把sim卡切割变小成micro sim卡，有个youtube video,好象蛮复杂的。
是不是需要先break jail? 有人试过break jail后的iphone 4在国内用过吗？

减卡小学生都会，就是手工而已，没技术含量

需要越狱解锁，4.1 以前的版本解锁很简单。 4.1/4.2 iphone 4 还解不了。
