房产大部分都是建立在抵押债务基础上的
抵押债务最需要的就是信心尤其是对未来的信心
或者这就是这几年突然出现了很多粉红和厉害了我的国之类的东西的原因。
大家谁都不傻谁都知道靠工资根本没法支撑这么高房价，现在是老少三代凑首付。
官府只能给屁民画饼，什么中国很快世界第一，人民币取代美元，将来外国人来中
国接盘啥的。你别说，很多人真信这套。

看了一下精华区,文章比较老,不确定是不是还是老样子,望大家指正
我想给家里汇大概2万刀,我的理解是如果不着急,最好的办法就是写支票
手续费收的最低,大概几十人民币,有没有知道到底具体收多少(中国银行)
另外在精华区看到比较通用的办法就是 wire transfer 到中国银行,有两种办法
1.汇到中国银行NY分行(需要提供ABA number,国内中国银行帐户,姓名等),然后由中国
银行
NY分行完成向国内转钱
2.汇到中国银行国内的分行
想问一下,两种电汇有什么区别,手续费各是多少?

ipodtouch 买了不到一个月，金属外壳上有很多细细的划痕，
在bestbuy买了个case,是riot的，松松垮垮，不是很好。
大家都用什么case来保护ipod touch?
