标题: 女，结婚有小孩是优势还是劣势？

基础学科女博士在读，今年年底要申请明年开始的postdoc（或AP），已婚且有一小孩
。有一篇很不错的文章。请问前辈觉得已婚和有小孩这件事对找学术工作时加分么？如
果是的话，可不可在个人主页或者简历中写上？

微软的力量比Google大，都不敢说只支持wma, wmv而不支持aac, h.264
揣测按照Google现在的邪恶风格，Google大概会把WebM的支持故意写入到Webkit
project里面去
然后苹果做Safari的时候也许会去掉WebM支持
然后Google跳出来说苹果不支持开源。
哈哈哈

Because Apple is a member of H.264 copyright holders?

微软也是H.264 patent holder之一，IE9会支持WebM
乔布斯会不如那个光头？

i don't think apple holds much (if any) patents in H.264. check the
contributors of the standard you cannot find apple on list. Maybe some
pretty old patents that they applied during early quicktime days are still
effective.
WebM is not crap but not great either. Google now is doing evil things in
the name of freedom and that's a dangerous sign...

of course apple has some patent
with some QuickTime patents.
