我的case是1月5号DOS更新收到NOL的，其他的材料显示11月份就已经收到。大家同批次
的有新进展发出FR的了吗？
我已经给212waiver发了3次邮件询问，每次都是auto reply，没有一点实质性的内容

最近想为父母申请绿卡，为的是，免去签证和续签烦恼，但又不太清楚，得到绿卡后，
每次到底要在美最少待多少时间，要在中国最长待多少时间，才能保持绿卡身份，或有
可能申请公民。父母现在不可能长期在美。
左右为难。请过来人指教！

Maintaining Permanent Residence

我是12月底他们收到材料（usps的tracking），但是case还没给我建立你，网上都查不
到。。
我更着急，唉

DOS收到你的邮寄材料后，大约3-4周才能建立 case 网上就可以查到
