其实他的情况属于比较糟糕的那种，胰腺癌5年成活率20%，这还是没有器官移植，只有
chemo和radiation的情况下的数据，他04年发现到现在6年，09年做肝移植就说明已经
扩散，现在这种情况说明要么移植的肝出了问题，要么又扩散了。

I hope he does recover, but this looks really bad.
If I were him, I'd not have taken so much time working for the past few
years and just spent more time with my family. This guy is a workaholic.
