大家好，
最近在安排明年2月份回国的行程。大概只有一个月，为了避免签证check和一些不必要
的麻烦，打算一回国就找个地方把签证给办了先。
有几个问题：
1，最近听说很多跨区签证的说法，是不是已经取消了户籍地指定签证地的规定？但是
在官网上只提到如果指定地排期长，可以选择另一个排期短的地方。
2，人没有回到国内，是不是应该先打电话预约签证时间，然后回国了才能去持护照去
中信交签证费？另外好像H1B不用交SEVIS FEE？
另外有什么别的需要注意的么？

1.关于跨区签证，应该没问题。你到时候打电话预约的时候再问问。
2.先交中信签证费，用护照复印件让国内朋友帮你先交，因为预约签证的时候需要签证
费收据号码。H1B没有sevis fee。

2011年3月1号前用Ds160或者156 157都可以, 3月1号以后只能用DS160

你的年份是错的。156,157去年（2010）就不能用了。

建议做个usb硬件来配套。很多公司不许乱装软件。
