请问如果公司被收购了，我还留在被收购的公司。这算不算separation from employer

就是说我现在没到55，我想保留原来公司的401k plan.(不rollover也不tranfer).如果
收购算是seperation from service with employer,这样原来的401k中的钱是不是就不
能qualify for early retirement at 55 without penalty.
