just personal opinion,
64G is only good for videos actual stay in the ipad and watch them on the go.
for mp3, apps and games? yep, 64G is good for hundreds, but do you really
need all of them installed and can you easily find them when you actully
need them?
and, where you have fast wifi, like home, stream video from your PC via
wireless, it takes no room from your ipad, 16G is more than enough. there
are several easy apps for streaming: zumocast, air video, etc, and i believe
there will be more released in the future.
so, I think 64G is not really necessary, 32G is ok, and 16G is really enough
what do you think?

of course, after one or two years, most apps may take more space, and then
you need a bigger one, i will consider 32G when ipad3 or ipad4 release

这个都是看自己的。像我，64的也不够，我在itunes购买的音乐就16个G，买的电影和
电视。不到200g。软件238个。所
以这个东西都看自己需要。16gb的歌，还是itunes买的，也才1600多首（加上几十个
mtv）
