用jb的iTouch放CNTV，myCooshAir的直播电视都没问题，但是一airplay到jb的atv2上

流程：
1） 网上填160，得确认号
2） 到中信缴费，得缴费号
3） 凭case号和缴费号，网上预约时间。其实它们自动联接在一起了。
出了160，似乎还要填一个I-134。
