我的情况是这样，我老公现在美国工作，绿卡的申请已经递上去了，排队中。
我现在人在美国，毕业不久，目前国内有个可能的offer，我在犹豫要不要回国先工作
两年，等我老公绿卡快排到了再回美国，这样就可以跟他一起拿到绿卡。
目前的担心是这样，如果我现在回国了，过个两年再回来的话，估计要申请H4或者B2签
证，因为我老公已经在美国这边申请绿卡了，这样的话，会不会到时签证官确定我们有
移民倾向，我连H4或者B2的签证都拿不到了？我有没有可能回国了之后就再也回不来美国了？
有没有相同经历的人，能帮我解答下么？万分感谢：）

本来说给现公司两个礼拜的notice（公司网站如是说），结果当天就给赶出来了，但是
现公司会多发两个礼拜的薪水。新公司的start date是三个礼拜以后，h1b transfer已

Although I didn't write this list of 'REASONS WHY THE SCIENCE TEAM ARE
CONSIDERED VERY INCOMPETENT'...I kinda agree with it:
1) Milburn
2) Fifield getting lost despite only have to retrace his steps and being in
contact with a ship that could pinpoint his location.
3) Apparently nobody bothered to monitor Fifield and Milburns location
4) A scanner detects life, probably a mistake.........
5) The best way to stop somebody getting on your ship is to open the massive
hanger door and threaten them with a flamethrower. Rather than not opening
the door.
6) If a woman is pregnant with an alien and you want to freeze her to take
her home and study the alien, wake her up and tell her she is pregnant with
an alien first.
7) If the air on an alien planet is breathable, take off your helmet.
8) If you take off your helmet on an an alien planet then see worms coming
out of your eye the next morning, do not seek medical attention.
9) If you find a massive alien structure and have remote probes that can map
the place and search for organic life, go exploring before you use them.
10) If a woman gives birth to an alien that you wanted to study 30 seconds
before, make sure you make no effort to investigate what happened to the
alien.
11) If a man you previously thought was dead turns up on your doorstep
looking like something out of Resident Evil, open the doors.
12) When you have missing crew members that can be monitored from the bridge
, make sure you leave the bridge unattended to go get laid.
13) If you walk into a ship, make sure you absail back out of it.
14) If an alien species has just killed everyone and apparently wants to
wipe out your whole speices, do not take their ship to Earth and study their
technology. Go to their home planet for a cuppa tea.

一百多包衣提着顺刀，押着数百百姓往竹帛口而去，他们都没有兵器，只有些推车
，上面装了些土和石头。
在一片呐喊声中，张忠旗跟着几个甲兵一起，用刀威逼着三十多个百姓上了旁边一
座小山，这些人其实大多都比他强壮，但没有一个人敢于反抗他们。张忠旗的任务是去
找一根大木，用来撞开城门，因为开始的哨马告诉了莽古尔泰，那城门洞并没有堵上。
包衣当中还有不少工匠，如果攻击受挫，他们能制造出简陋的器具再攻。
张忠旗上了旁边一座山坡，上面有不少大树，几名包衣领着那些百姓开始选树木砍
伐。
张忠旗自己找了块石头，这里地势略高，能清楚的看到两百步外的战斗，成群的新
包衣推着土石运到城下，那道浅浅的壕沟很快就会被填平。
张忠旗也算老战士了，但他实际上从来没有亲手杀过一个人，每次与明军交战，明
军只能抵挡片刻，一旦那些家丁死光，其他人就是一哄而散，然后被后金兵毫不费力的
从后面杀死，比杀鸡杀鸭还要容易。但即便这样，张忠旗也没有杀过一个人，他也有些
怕杀人，所以从来是一门心思的想办法多藏些银子和珠宝，加上牛录额真的照顾，他往
往比别人所得要多不少。
这次入关以来，他跟着东路军洗劫了保安州，今年后金军穷得叮当响，在保安州附
近打红了眼，以前有些不打的军堡，这次也打了，那里面往往聚集有不少的丁口和物资
，抢到的东西先行送出了边口，由正蓝旗的人在土默特看守分批运回辽东。
然后从保安州南下，一直扫到灵丘，张忠旗抢了很多银两和珠宝，还有两个包衣他
留下一人在灵丘的营地看东西，带了一人跟着到了广昌，现在又变成两个包衣，赶一辆
驴车，另外还推一辆小车此时都在这里砍木头。
“今年好过了。”张忠旗笑眯眯的，看着远处矢石横飞的竹帛口城下倒下不少的包
衣，不过没有张忠旗的那两个在内死多少他也不心痛。
算算时间他们也差不多该回程了，听牛录额真告诉他，出了竹帛口就回灵丘，然后
去大同与大军会合，估计就该出关了。
张忠旗摸出三支卷烟递给两个同行的同村甲兵，几人凑在一堆看城墙那边的热闹。
现在的张忠旗与牛录内的真夷也混熟了，他们这个牛录在己巳年死伤大半，后来补充了
一些，这些人其实很多也不是真正的建州女真，来自海西、叶赫、宁古塔等地的人不少
，本质上和张忠旗这样的包衣抬旗也差不多其中叶赫的最难同化，他们一般说蒙语与建

城上的人在张修身带领下往下扔石头射箭，也砸死砸伤不少被逼攻城的百姓，凡是
受伤倒地的百姓，不论死活都被扔到城下，变成了填充材料，泥土和石块取来容易，张
忠旗看这架势，还不等他们做好攻门，就可能会攻上城门。
那城头有一个红披风的明军将官，挥着大刀在四处督战，东窜西走的抽冷子就出来
射一箭，他自己也已经挨了两箭。
张忠旗看着那个四处奋战的明军将官，并没有觉得他勇敢，也不觉得可恶，只是觉
得这人还能打而已，至于那些明军为什么打仗，张忠旗从不愿意去想。
这时那些百姓砍好了大树，下面又上来一些百姓，抬着那些粗木下山，张忠旗下山
前看到有一哨马穿过大路，飞快的跑到莽古尔泰的旗下，张忠旗也未在意，慢慢跟着他
们一起，走到山脚停下，那里已经停满了后队的牛马车。
张忠旗就招呼几个包衣，开始制作撞门槌，此时他再看城头，土包石块已经接近城
头，几名心急的甲兵扑到土垒顶上，被那明将带领家丁用长矛一一刺下来来，一名巴牙
喇从莽古尔泰旗下跑出，大声在城下喊出了半个世职的赏格，张忠旗不觉有些惊讶，居
然为这么一个小小关口就给了半个世职。
这个世职就是后金平常所说的前程，总共分十四等，最低的是备御，备御对应到八
旗里面，就是牛录额真，前程是以备御为单位，个数越多等级越高，比如两个备御世职
才能称参将，参将里面又分三等，叫做一等至三等的甲喇章京，这个世职也不一定就是
要领兵的实职，可以是普通兵将的爵位，与后世的军衔制度略有相通之处。
平常的甲兵，是很难有这样的机会的，这道命令一出，十多名悍勇的后金甲兵顺着
城墙边的斜坡奋力攀爬，下面的百姓被逼迫着，将土垒越堆越高，终于有甲兵跳上了墙
垛，张忠旗目不转睛的看着那个小小的关城，城头喊杀如雷，不断有后金兵被打翻或是
推下城墙。期间伴着那明军将官的怒吼。
后金甲兵蚁附而上，张忠旗摇摇头，只要后续甲兵涌上，那个明国将官必死无疑。
“杀奴！”“杀奴！”那个将官的声音一直吼着，慢慢开始有一些其他兵丁的声音
和应，已有二十多后金兵登城，又被赶下来，或者便死在了上面。
第一波攻势被打退，那明军将官血流满面的脑袋伸出来，对着城下呸的吐了一口血
红的口痰，接着扔下一个后金兵的首级。
城下一拨重箭射过去，那将官哈哈大笑，又躲进了城垛里面，只有声音还在骂着，
“狗鞑子，老子吃皇粮的，今日杀了三个建奴，对得起那皇粮了。。
。”
城下莽古尔泰的怒骂声远远传来，紧接着第二波甲兵就开始登城，城头上明军的呼
应喊杀声反而一阵高过一阵，战况渐趋激烈，张忠旗的嘴巴越张越大，这伙明军居然出
奇的顽强。
周围人都在关注着激烈的攻防，人人看得目不转睛，就包括那些新抓来的包衣都是
如此，张忠旗眼睛四处一转，很快发现了目标，迅速靠到旁边另外一个甲兵的驴车旁，
伸手就从车板上面抽走一个包袱，周围没有一人注意到，张忠旗装作寻找角度看攻城，
很快绕到了外侧，在包袱里面一阵乱摸，摸到些珠宝和银两，他悄悄揣到怀中，然后把
包袱皮揉作一团，压在一块木头下面。
干完了这事，张忠旗长长出了一口气，这种偷盗行为是会被严惩的，对他这样抬旗
的汉人，可能会被斩首。但他总想着家中的几个老小，想多抢掠一些东西，让他们多得
到些粮食，依然一次次的冒险。
游目四顾之时，竹帛口上仍在激战，莽古尔泰的大旗连连摇动，张忠旗却发现他不
是在往城墙下调兵，而是将一批白甲往后调动，然后有部分甲兵开始把附近的明国百姓
往两旁山上赶，一边把有些人力车掀翻，搭建起一些障碍。
“这是干啥？”张忠旗惊讶的看着那些甲兵。
很快张忠旗就知道了答垩案，他的大恩人兼顶头上司牛录额真便过来了，牛录额真
对着张忠旗急急问道：“你撞门的东西做好没有？”
“好，好了。”张忠旗赶忙领他过去，一个粗糙的擂门车已经做好，轮子都是用几
个马车上拆的。
“赶紧拖到前面，三贝勒要用。”牛录额真满头都是汗水。
张忠旗马上招过一群百姓和包衣，催着他们往城门推车。等到这些人走开，他才对
牛录额真问道：“主子，我看土包都到城头了，为啥还要撞门，反正破城是迟早的事情
，何必急一时。”
“你知道个屁。”牛录额真看看周围后压低声音，“后面有明军追上来了，还好托
博辉正好派人去联络阿巴泰，在半道就碰上了，眼下已经和托博辉干上了，若是不快点
攻破竹帛口，咱们。。。”
张忠旗笑着道：“明军怕啥，这狭窄地方，十个白甲能打炮他们上千人。。。”
“什么明军，是登州镇！”
“娘哎，登州！”张忠旗全身一个激灵，忍不住一声惊呼，那牛录额真赶紧打断他
，“不准说，快些让那些人去冲城门，这狗日关城的尼堪也可恶得很，走遍宣大都难得
碰到，偏偏就在这里碰到了。”

成阵阵的回音。

俺打算一样买一个。
事情发展是这样的...
现在用的 3 前月发现有问题，苹果店的天才们都解决不了（就是以前帖子里提到的不
能完全cync的问题），正好有个同事家人的4要转手，只要 200刀。然后有个哥们的哥
们说他们单位批发（买来）4s，可以匀一个给我，批发价。
俺这是烧了神嘛高香哦：先遇到一个二手 4 $400 的丢（另外一个同事家的），ebay
一查，算是好丢；没几天另外一个同事家人捡了一个，200刀出手！然后偶然听到朋友
的朋友公司居然批入 4s.....
俺是否该入点乐透彩票去................恩，先来点烧酒........飘然一下........

of course later we know infection has nothing to do with taking off helmet,

The "taking off helmet" is kinda stupid but maybe we can assume that their
technology is advance enough to monitor the air safety, and maybe the
character is kind of reckless in nature. OK, I can live with that.
However, what I can't live with, and the most stupid thing is, one guy saw a
freaking snake-like alien emerging from the water, and his first response
is not running away, but to TOUCH it!!! Are you kidding me!!!
The original ALIEN did a much, much better job showing the alien attack:
1. The guy fell accidentally to the egg fields;
2. The egg opened up like a flower;
3. The guy saw something inside the egg is moving;
4. He was curious so he bent over to take a look;
5. and the facehugger came out.
It's all very natural, that we knew that we probably would take the same
action under the same circumstance. In "P", it's anything but natural.
technology is advance enough to monitor the air safety, and maybe the
character is kind of reckless in nature. OK, I can live with that.
However, what I can't live with, and the most stupid thing is, one guy saw a

2. Land a shuttle with scientists/soldiers/robot on the planet
3. Send robots in with the probe to map the structure and search for life
form
4. Send in soldiers to sweep and secure the area
5. Send in scientists
6. After 1-5 is done, wake me up and I will go down and take a look.

很多所谓的PLOT HOLE根本就不是。比如14）。SHAW不象某些观众，高屋建瓴，时刻惦
记着世界大事，宇宙和平，各星系间武力的均衡。既然这艘飞船已经搞定了，自然可以
转向她个人的探索了。
“STUPID”不能和PLOT HOLE等价。大家读历史看新闻，不也经常会觉得这个人傻那个
人笨。

what does the director gain by deliberately letting Charlie take off his
helmet? think about that the shot actually makes perfect sense: convince the
audience that Charlie is a risk taker, he would rather taste first before
reasoning. that's exactly why David believes he's the one willing to try the
black water first.
