申请3周之后，由于种种原因，我决定离开公司，不要它帮我申请的这个H1B了（当时我
已经拿到receipt number)，继续上学，同时寻找其他的工作机会。又过了两个月找个
一个不错的公司，用CPT实习至今，现在的公司也承诺明年帮我申请H1B。
因为我早就离开上一家公司，所以当时也以为它会直接把我的H1B申请取消。没想到，
刚才登录USCIS网站，用半年前的receipt number一查，得到下面的消息：

请问，这说明那个H1B是被批准了么？鉴于我没有回到上一家公司的打算，现在如何处
理？
我可以继续用CPT在现在这家公司实习么？还是说10月1号H1B一生效，我的F1身份就终
止了，从而连带我的CPT也失效了？
另外，那个notice应该是直接寄到上一家公司的，我本人并没有收到，从法律上来讲，
是否前公司有把notice转寄给我的义务？（当时和公司弄的比较僵，后来又搬家了，现

You should say yes. They won't hire you if background check fails.

只在前公司工作了6周，最近几个月都没有为它工作过。
刚在网上搜了搜，H1B Transfer看来是不可能了。
和前公司关系弄得比较僵，没想到他们最后来了这出，当时自己也大意了。
看来得准备回国了。

其实还没有，之前一直用CPT工作，现在看来似乎是F1连带CPT都因为H1B被批准而失效了
OPT之前已经用完了。。
现在基本两个选择：
1. transfer h1b, 只是没有recent paystubs（最近的也6个月前了）和I-797
approval notice (刚和前公司律师打了电话，对方要我通过前公司联系，估计能拿到
也悬），被批准的几率有多大？
2. reinstate F1 (这个是申请春季学期么？具体怎么操作？）
总之，这事弄得我现在狼狈不堪。。。
