我记得160表上，有个问题，问你有没有unlawful过，我上次写了，回答了，我说我有
100多天，但是不足够bar我。我签过了。那这一次，我在回答，我必须回答，有2次，
但是一次179，上一次100多，但是，分开计算，引用什么条款么？

合约机之所以便宜就是你连着用两年voice+data，经销商能赚回差价。所以你想以合约
机的价格买iphone肯定不能让你随时取消data。
但你要是买没有合约的机器，data当然可以随时取消了。
用data不多的话买个15块每月的也不错啊，2年也就360，相当于差价部分分期付款而且
还有data用，查个新闻天气啥的多方便

我来算笔账, 你看对不对。
Plan A. 从现有的ATT plan升级到iPhone4s, $199, 加上每月$15 data plan, 两年$
360.
Plan B, 等11月买unlocked iPhone4s, 可能$699, 因为我要充分利用iPhone上网的便
利, 未来两年里至少有一半时间会用data plan, 也就得花$180
那么在plan B, 我多付$500, 能在data plan上省$180, 并且有更高的flexibility -
我现在的calling plan到期了, 所以未来两年可以随时取消calling plan和data plan.
不过, 即使这样还是感觉不划算啊?
除非我用prepaid phone card, 加个data plan, 不受任何contract约束, 用多少
charge多少钱. 这样我尽量在办公室和家里打电话, 或者打网络电话, 上网尽量用WiFi

这里有两个不同的考虑：1）9B ban的unlawful presence，和2）INA 222(g)把你签证
自动作废。两个考虑中都不算及时申请的COS/EOS pending期间，无论最后批还是不批
。被拒之后才算。两个的区别只是unlawful presence要180天才引起负面后果；INA
222(g)只有一天unlawful presence就把你签证给作废。

用不着算术好，省钱的方法根本用不找算算术，比如：
ebay拍一个iphone，然后解锁越狱上T-mobile prepaid，自己架路由器翻墙 free data
, 如果更狠的话就用free data做 voip，连voice plan的钱也省了。
结果就是只花 $500-$600买一个iphone，然后再加上每年$10给T-mobile的钱保存号码.

这里有两个不同的考虑：1）9B ban的unlawful presence，和2）INA 222(g)把你签证
自动作废。两个考虑中都不算及时申请的COS/EOS pending期间，无论最后批还是不批
。被拒之后才算。两个的区别只是unlawful presence要180天才引起负面后果；INA
222(g)只有一天unlawful presence就把你签证给作废。

我也看了，但是，为什么下面紧接着说

这是说，比如，abcd四个身份转来转去，gap中，或者是被据了的时候，没身份的days

没能理解你的攻略，核心似乎在"自己架路由器翻墙 free data". 没明白啥意思
我现在用iTouch在家在办公室用Wifi上网, 看youtube, 用skype, google talk挺方便,
但外出等车或吃饭的时候还是没法打电话上facebook查天气预报, 所以才需要iPhone
啊.
你这解锁iPhone不配合data plan, 不就是一iTouch么? 还贵出那么多?
莫非破解以后有软件能让你free用3G网? zkss
