你的closing cost is ~1200 plus appraisal fee
其他的包括900，1100应该都是estimated的吧？
我也正在close,感觉是这样的。
呼唤专家指正！
另外你这个是15年fix的吧？

比较LOAN BROKER的话，只有800那些ITEMS相关吧。
其他的那些费用不是由LOAN BROKER决定，是由 TITLE & ESCROW COMPANY决定的。

利率一般都是1/8个百分点的JUMP吧，4.5， 4.625， 4.75， 4.875， 5.00 。。。。
你这个 4.725% 似乎 UNUSUAL。
