Sorry I can not type Chinese.
I am going to have an interview from a company. Besides interview by the VP,
two other people are going to interview me. But those two people report to
the position for which I applied.
Anybody had the same experience? Is this a serious interview? I guess it is
serious since the company pays the hotel and air ticket.

母亲上次签证第一次来美，回国不久趁签证过期前再来美一次。上次给海关的信就是签
证时的邀请信，这次再给那个好像不合适，不知大家有没有比较好的模版？多谢！

英雄加美人，这好像成为了武侠剧中的标配了，一部武侠小说，要是没有英雄和美人的
故事，那都不好意思承认自己是一部武侠小说。不过我不能够理解的是，为什么武侠小
说中的英雄们，总是要那么的风流，一定要同时和N个少女或者是少妇，纠缠不清。
尤其是金庸和古龙的武侠小说，简直了，就拿那部《天龙八部》拿来说吧，段誉的爹一
辈子和那么多女的纠缠不清，到处都是自己的情妇，到处都是自己的孩子，想来应该是
挺高兴的啊，觉得自己很是了不起吧。然后就是段誉，流氓的儿子，长大了也成了流氓
。到处和小姑娘调情，最后还发现都是自己的妹妹们，真是重口味啊。
还有韦小宝，典型的是满足了作者自己的幻想好吗？那么风流，最后七个老婆居然还能
够和睦相处，真是，说实话是不是作者自己想要有那么多老婆啊？专一一点的杨过，说
着最爱小龙女，不也是那么多的情妹妹吗？还害了人家郭襄小姑娘，最后好像是一辈子
都没有结婚。不过杨过是最高级的风流，万花丛中过，片叶不沾身啊，还都对他念念不
忘。

So you think low level people who report to you can't have view of the
future boss to be? the point is " fits in" ! watch out if you think this is
not a serious interview.

这个不需要正式，就是让签证官了解一些他可能要问的问题。
写啥，看置顶b2签证常见问题里面。

问题是目前我找不到一个合适的理由说为什么我妈妈回国几个月又来美国了。

我想是个小公司，你是中层，所以除了上司，就只有下属面你了
下属没有决定权，但否定投票是肯定有的，一样重要，更要小心了
既要让他们觉得你fit，nice to work with。
又要建立点威信（这点需要在interview的时候，做吗？我没有经验，大家可以讨论讨
论）

只要你妈妈上次按时回国，这次买的往返票，又不犯重大错误（比如说是来带孩子做家
务什么的），其他理由都不是问题，就说你们上次在一起过得很开心，希望能再团聚就
行了。
