最好有个order confirmation，但是没有的话，有你下单时候的Email也行

不必然。可以要求把记录去掉。看你们双方谈得如何了。
你怎么觉得付了就没关系了，谁care你觉得呢。你要是觉得欠钱不还多好。

追债公司来了 付了 记录上去了信用分数就降了 应该说是毁了 7年以后记录没了才
恢复
但经常可以和讨债公司商量 不要记录到信用历史上去 甚至withdraw记录 那就没啥事

I have encountered the same issue.
The bad history is already recorded by the credit bureaus.
However, there is a story behind it. I didn't mean to have the late pay.
When I paid credit card by using the debit card I have, it was accepted at
the beginning. After several months, I received a phone call that told me
the transaction was not done since the issue of the debit card. They said
that they sent me several letters but I never received them.
If I want to dispute this bad history, what should I do and who should I
write a letter to?

no experience
but u can contact the collection company and negotiate with them
they are the ones who can withdraw their own report, since the debt is real
u can also contact the credit card company, explain that and see if they can
waive the issue and help u contact the collection company to withdraw it
and u can contact the debit card company, as it seems to be their fault,
although not sure what to argue about

我无意中发现我的记录中有2被追债的记录，虽然和我没有关系，但是存在了2年多，刚
发现（credit karma 那个免费的公司告诉我有2个记录，他们以前好像并不告诉我有这
种记录）。但是我申请信用卡还是没有问题的，就是不会立即批准，总会被查，但是查
后，都获得批准了。刚发现这2个记录，我打电话给信用公司，让他们查了。
