如题，把iphone给我妈用，但又不想被att收取data plan，因为根本用不上。

请问已有family plan的情况下，我自己有data plan，但我妈根本不需要data plan，

Ask ATT to unlock it, then you can use any sim card.

i have one friend never get charge，because he bought as unlock in china
the other friend just got charge last month，but not sure from att or from
