3月收到通知要被雷了，马上换了个工作, 新公司又file了一个H1b，3月底从原来公司
拿到最后一张pay check。
今天收到移民局通知现在的这个h1b被拒了！我是不是已经是非法了呀？还能转F2么？
还是要回中国再回来啊？

不会把。我觉得小刚的片子情节上比较弱啊，感情其实也很单一。
还有就是和小刚有代沟，冯小刚写年轻人的感情写不出来，都是些中老年人偷着藏着的
爱情（手机和一声叹息等），要么就是逗闷子的感情，总期望不使多大劲就能让小人物
获得爱情，比较麻痹老百姓。
宁浩的片子感情戏浓烈不走形，年轻人看的懂，体会深， 好几处真是情感四溢啊。
还有就是和小刚有代沟，冯小刚写年轻人的感情写不出来，都是些中老年人偷着藏着的

Although no penalty, they did not tell me if there is any extra interest if
I pay late. I am very much curious: if there is not penalty of any kind,
what is sense to set 1号 as the due date? Why not simply use 15 号 ?

为啥被拒？有正当理由的话，可以repeal。
否则，还可以转F-2，不用出境。

不知道。我们的property tax due date 9/1，但一直到第二年1/10
前付都没有penalty也没有利息。

我觉得就年代感和喜剧，超过冯小刚了。冯小刚上一部私人定制太烂了，之前两部非诚
勿扰也都很敷衍，已经没有活力了。想圈钱应付股东和老板，好腾开手拍大地震，1942
这类年纪大了有些情结的题材吧

如果以前就是H1b好像不需要再占名额的. 如果新的h1b批准了就可以工作了.
早知道早点把F2也申请了保险

我都是1号之前付，就是担心会有penalty之类的，虽然statement上面说没有，还有就
是担心会不会伤credit.
我也同意你的说法，要是没有penalty的话，为什么dueday要是1号，而不设成15号呢？
